3. With self-locking function, used for card locking and unlocking button, make the card operation more reliable
4. the handle is attache to that panel in the locked state, thereby greatly save the front operation space of the panel
5. the stroke of that handle is open and closed back and forth by take the shaft pin as the center of a circle, so that the plugging and the unplugging are more labor-saving; and the operation handle doe not need to occupy the extra space at the top and the bottom of the board card, so that the handle is particularly suitable for an inward-sinking cage or an application system with a narrow space
